How many traps do I need?

This matter is up for debate as varying organizations have anecdotal evidence to suggest a wide variance of effective ranges for the pheromone lure. This range is 300 to 1600 feet radius.

We recommend getting one trap per acre. If you have a property greater than ten acres, start with five and scale up or down as necessary.

How long do lures last?

The lure is rated to last one month. Please remember to store your lures in the freezer!

Do I need the fluon coating?

The fluon coating is not necessary for monitoring of CRB.

How do I assemble the trap?

Where should I place the trap?

We recommend placing the traps along the border of your property. It is not necessary to place them under your palm trees.
